What To Expect
3d Fun Art Museum
We have about 40 different scenarios, including 3D images and optical illusions, that make us enter the world of fantasy and imagination and believe that anything is possible.
Here, visitors can embody Van Gogh’s doctor, venture out on safari or even have a dinosaur as a pet. They can also see their world completely upside down, their head being served at a meal table, winging and flying in the cosmos, drinking a wine served by God in Miguel Ângelo’s Creation of Adam, and dance a Madeira folklore on your way out.
This space combines the science of visual perception with the magic of illusion and makes everything seem possible.
Admission Ticket Free
Great for big kids and small.

I loved this little attraction and it was well worth the price to get so many fantastic pictures. We arrived just as it opened so we’re on our own in the place and didn’t rush. It took about 40 minutes to see everything and take lots of photos. This would certainly have been more if we’d had others with us and I can highly recommend it. A great way to get out of the rain or as a break from the sun and something very different that you won’t experience anywhere else.
Well worth a visit
Great fun and well worth a visit, staff are helpful and help explain the experience very well. Although not the biggest attraction there is more than enough to enjoy
A must visit!
What an amazing find! Super helpful staff and loads to do. The images we got from spending over an hour here are so good.
Staff were walking around asking if we needed them to take photos for us. Good range of explanation about famous images too.
A fun way to spend some time in Funchal
Wanting to escape the heat we visited the 3D Fun Art Museum.
We had an entertaining time and as an added bonus the museum had air conditioning which made the visit even more enjoyable on a hot day.

A real surprise for us. Fun photos, friendly staff, loads of creativity. We had a great laugh and took many photos of all sorts of things in this very unusual place. Surely worth the price and the time. We spend about an hour in there. Tickets were 9 Euros each.
