Overview

In this tour, we will demonstrate to you the exquisite Northwest side of our sweet island. Going through our local villages, old roads and over old times, you will have a perspective of how our people used and still live to this day with the old costumes and traditions.
The tour will begin by highlighting one of most known viewpoints, Cabo Girão, the highest seacliff in Europe, then going over our splendid Laurissilva Forest, passing through Fanal, one the most magical places on the island, and also visiting Porto Moniz.
In this journey you will also notice our Centenary trees in Fanal, having stories and memories that no man can tell, where the green colour is always with you and predominant on the environment.
Cabo Girão is known and famous for its glass platform on top of a 580 meters high seacliff, being capable of showing you breathtaking and remarkable views of Câmara de Lobos and Funchal.
Porto Moniz, the biggest attraction is for sure the natural swimming pool

Porto Moniz, the biggest attracction is for sure the natural swimming pools, formed and molded by vulcanic rocks, where you can have a unique swimming experience and memories to bring home. At this point of the trip you will also have an optional lunch break to have a little taste of the local gastronomy and a spare time to take a little walk around.
